Request a Trial License

Complete the form to receive a 30-day trial license delivered to your email address. Each Host ID may be used only once.

The Host ID is the MAC address of the target machine.
Colons and dashes are stripped automatically - e.g. AA:BB:CC:DD:EE:FF and AABBCCDDEEFF are both accepted.

The Host ID used here is the same machine identifier used for Nuke licensing. The Foundry Licensing Utility (FLU) tool can be used to display the Host ID. The tool is available from the Foundry licensing tools page. Host-ID is the same as System ID in the Foundry Licensing Utility.

Alternatively the platform-specific instructions below can be followed:

Linux

Use a shell on the target machine and copy the MAC address for the relevant interface.

ip -o link show | awk -F': ' '/link\/ether/ { split($3, a, "link/ether "); split(a[2], mac, " "); print $2 " " mac[1] }'
Windows

Use Command Prompt on the target machine and copy the physical address.

Option 1
getmac /v /fo list
Option 2
ipconfig /all
